- A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Inc. (“Sturdy Memorial” or “Defendant”) relating to a cyber-attack against the Defendant that was discovered on or around February 9, 2021 (the “Data Breach”). As a result of the Data Breach, personal identifying information (“PII”) and protected health information (“PHI”) of certain individuals may have been compromised.
- If you previously received a written notification from Defendant of the Data Breach, you are included in this Settlement as a “Settlement Class Member.”
- Your legal rights are affected regardless of whether you do or do not act. Read this notice carefully.
